At Career Craft, we strive to provide high-quality training services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in our programs.

1. General Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our organization. Refunds are processed based on the timing of cancellation requests and the type of training program enrolled.

2. Cancellation and Refund Timeline

Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel your enrollment relative to the program start date:

3. Program-Specific Refund Terms

• Standard refund timeline applies as outlined in Section 2
• Transfer to another participant is allowed up to 7 days before program start
• Credits for future programs may be offered in lieu of refunds

3.3 Online Training Programs

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed
• Once course materials are accessed, no refunds will be provided
• Technical issues preventing access will be resolved or refunded

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Processing fees and transaction charges
• Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed
• Certification fees (if already processed)
• Third-party vendor fees (if applicable)
• Promotional or discounted program fees (unless otherwise stated)

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to contact@careercraftindia.co.in
2. Include the following information:
   • Your full name and contact details
   • Program name and enrollment date
   • Payment transaction ID or receipt
   • Reason for cancellation
   • Preferred refund method
3. Wait for confirmation email (within 2-3 business days)
4. Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to:

• Postpone or reschedule programs without penalty
• Convert in-person programs to online format
• Offer credits instead of refunds
• Modify program delivery methods

8. Partial Attendance

If you attend part of a multi-session program:

• No refunds for sessions already attended
• Prorated refunds may be considered for remaining sessions (at our discretion)
• Medical emergencies may be considered for partial refunds with documentation

9. Transfer and Substitution

9.1 Participant Transfer

You may transfer your enrollment to another person:

• Up to 7 days before program start date
• No additional fees for transfer
• Written notification required with new participant details
• New participant must meet program prerequisites

9.2 Program Transfer

You may transfer to a different program:

• Subject to availability and approval
• Price difference may apply
• One-time transfer allowed per enrollment

10. Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside our standard policy for:

• Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
• Bereavement (with valid documentation)
• Employer-mandated relocation
• Other exceptional circumstances (at our discretion)

All special circumstance requests must be submitted with supporting documentation and are subject to review and approval.

11. Disputes and Appeals

If you disagree with a refund decision:

1. Submit a written appeal to contact@careercraftindia.co.in
2. Include detailed explanation and any supporting evidence
3. Appeals will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
4. Final decision will be communicated via email

12. Payment Plan Cancellations

If you are on a payment plan:

• Refunds calculated based on amount paid to date
• Outstanding payments must be settled before refund processing
• Cancellation fees may apply as per payment plan agreement

13. Group Bookings

For group enrollments (3+ participants):

• Group discount may be forfeited if participants drop below minimum
• Individual cancellations from group bookings follow standard policy
• Group coordinator must authorize all cancellation requests
